I’m a certified doula, childbirth educator and lactation consultant-in-training. I provide support and education for pregnant women in Budapest from pre-conception counseling to mommy-baby support groups.  My doula services include one-on-one consultations, discussions about your concerns about giving birth in Hungary, finding a doctor, helping you communicate with Hungarian health care workers, helping you deal with common pregnancy ailments and accompanying you through labor. Birth prep prenatal classes are available for expecting parents, either in group format or in the privacy of your own home. Breastfeeding support and advice is available for any breastfeeding questions or problems. And mommy-baby group provides an opportunity for both expectant moms and moms with babies to come together, exchange information and support and have a good time.
