1. Course for expecting parents

This is a two-parter course designed for couples expecting a baby, beginning at the 30th week of pregnancy. Mothers and fathers gain experience and information about babywearing, wraps and how the expectant mom can use the wrap during pregnancy to support her belly in order to remove pressure from her spine and back. You will be able to wear your baby with confidence from day one, since they will also be taught how to tie the wrap. The first occasion takes place before the birth, the second a few weeks following the birth, at which time, more methods of tying will be taught.

2. Front carrying

Information about the theory of baby wearing, getting to know baby wearing. Practicing ties. Carrying in front is recommended from day one to about 4 months of age or up to 5-7 kg.

3. Back and hip carrying

Orthopedic perspectives of carrying. Practicing back and hip ties. Especial emphasis on how to get your baby on your back? Ideally recommended from 4 months of age, but can be done earlier, too. In this case, special emphasis is placed on proper support for back and head.

4. Advanced baby wearing

Practical questions. Practicing ties, variations on back and hip carry. Tips and practical advice. Recommended for those who can already do the back carry.
